Surveying Clients Made Easy

For a fixed fee, you can conduct a client survey exclusively for your own clients and not have to worry about anything more than 

deciding what you want to know
inviting your clients to participate
receiving the results
then delegate (outsource) everything to me.

Here's how it works. 

  1. In a telephone call we decide what you want to know. We begin with your goals in mind. From this we will customize your survey's questions. 

  2. I provide complete step by step instructions on how to select and invite certain clients to participate. It does not matter if you want to invite 20, 200 or 2,000 participants. Your cost does not change. 

  3. I create the survey, you approve it, and I post it "live" privately and securely on the WWW. 

    a. Only you and the clients you invite have access to 
    the survey. 
    b. Only I have access to actual responses if you allow 
    anonymity. 
    c. Your clients may take the survey anonymously 
    or not, depending on how they each feel. 

  4. The survey is "live" on the WWW for two full weeks, then normally removed. Very few people will try to complete the survey after ten days, so two weeks is a bit longer than actually needed. Non-web users may complete the survey on paper and fax it to me within your survey's timeframe. 

  5. I report your survey's results to you, plus my observations about what the results seem to indicate, plus my ideas on how best to communicate the results.

If you associate with lawyers, accountants, trust officers or other professionals, a survey may show you how they really regard you and what they want from you.

That's all there is to it. No muss, no fuss.

Once we begin with a telephone meeting and agree that a Client Survey is right for you, you pay US$1,200. and I do the rest. If you want to survey clients a second time in 14 months, or survey a separate group in the same timeframe (e.g., 1. clients, 2. professional centers), you may purchase two surveys for US$2,000. (Canadians pay @par + GST).
