Consulting

Client Profile

Little in life satisfies more than helping people become exactly what they want to be...achieving success by their own standards. That's why I coach and consult.

It's not usually about getting past what's holding you back. That's psychobabble. It's all about learning the right things to do and then doing better each time.

True professionals drive themselves to unusually high standards and expect incredible personal rewards from their pursuits.

After training thousands of financial salespeople, authoring books, writing hundreds of articles and making countless presentations, I still most enjoy helping decent salespeople to become great advisors, and great advisors to earn the rich rewards they truly deserve. Here's how.

Outcomes

My clients commonly double their profits (or the equivalent) within 30 - 48 months of applying what they learn from my consulting.

They often expect less and reap more. One went from 45 weeks of work earning $250K from 400+ clients, to 26 weeks of work earning $500K+ from 300 clients, all in 3 years. Now his health, favorite charities and golf game all benefit from more of his time and thoughtful attention.

Process

If you want to find your route to the best professional you, the process requires

  • honest examination of the facts that apply to you
  • faultless introspection about your real values and desires
  • breakthrough innovation packaging and presenting yourself
  • unfailing application of the new standards and techniques

Changed behavior gets changed results.

Knowing what changes to make (or not) is critical.

The route to success for each client is unique. No secret formulas, magic pills or panaceas. My track record is superb because I stick to the process and my clients change.

I take on about one new consulting client a month.

Because we develop a personal relationship, every new client I agree to work with must do three things:

  1. interview for an hour or more by phone to make sure you need and will accept coaching

  2. demonstrate that you know it is time for you to change what you do and commit to altering some of your behaviors

  3. pay a fee to initiate the relationship (earnest money)
